Bear does make their version, but is has no saw, a serrated blade and a combo blade. Too much serration. This one has the saw AND file, plus a coping blade and a MUCH larger wire cutting area by the strippers. And a wire pulling hook to boot.

Not a bad idea Cliosguy, but the 540 is also beastly huge and about $120. I picked up my Bear for about $45

why do all these wire stripper tools only go down to 20 awg when breadboard wire is 22 awg?  It just doesn't make any sense... especially the RS one.  ::) :ahhh

Bear tools are easy to disassemble and a saw or a file could easily be added, and other tools substituted as the user wishes. Bear doesn't sell components separately to my knowledge, but a used Bear can be picked up for around $20 for parts.
