My (theoretical) solution to the lend out problem...

That's good idea  :tu:

My problem is that I enjoy lending, it feeds my hedonism. There's nothing better than when someone gives you back one of your tools and says "Man that's cool, where can I get one of those?"

I started with the Organiser and now I've got 5 Maxped bags and at least 10 pouches and organisers  :ahhh

How did that happen?  :o

Nice setup BTW  :tu: I just got the Mini Organiser and when the Micro is available I'll probably get it as well. I may have a problem  ::)

And what about Fatty  :pok: :pok: :pok:

I might give that one a miss unless at a good price :)

I've got a Spec Ops Pack Rat and the LAPG version; they help keep me organised in a larger format :D

I really fancy a micro but I can't justify one :)

The Mini looks good too but I think the elastic is in a better place for my needs on the micro.  If I were a rich man I'd do the honourable thing and buy both :D
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

I hardly carry it anymore since it’s almost never get used but I kick myself in the head every time when the once in a blue moon occasion occurs when I need it.

I`m not sure what I`m going to do with them yet. There four different sizes from Fatty to the Micro so they will fulfill different needs in the future.

At least while not using them they'll probably store nicely nesting inside one another like those Matroushka (sp?) dolls:

A look at the new Micro:

Overall dimensions:  3.5" wide x 5.5" high x 1" deep (8.89cm wide x 13.97cm high x 2.54cm deep)

Front:

Notable changes:
  • Only one zipper slider
  • No Velcro patch area

Back:

Notable changes:
  • No PALS webbing

Inside:

Notable changes:
  • Keyring clip is gone
  • Number of elastic bands reduced to five

Some size comparisons:

What fits:

What doesn't fit:

Not being able to hold a standard BIC pen means this could never be a primary organizer for me but still might be useful as a secondary carry location for smaller items.

Thanks for pointing that size limitation out!

I`ve decided the Fatty will be a tool organizer in the back pack. Contents at the moment include a selection of CC widgy bars, four inch Crescent, two LM bit cards and extension, Photon Freedom covert, MT.O tool, Dr Allens Versa Tool, LM Crunch, LM TTi Charge, CC pocket grappling hook.   :)
