Thanks.

Easy:  P-51 can opener should you find yourself in the kitchen with a can and can't find a can opener in there. ;)

Also, how about a proper listing of what all you have in there, while you're at it? :D

The Pocket Wrench does have a ruler that will measure things up to, wait for it, a staggering 2 inches / 5 cm in length  ::) Yay :(

I'm not sure if you knew that Allan - but it ain't actually that useful - lol.

I used to come here a lot.

I'm still searching for a folding steel rule to fit in there. It's surprising, but there don't seem to be any about

I was looking at the Zippos after someone mentioned them here the other day. They do look useful, but I'd definitely prefer a ruler if I can find one.

I haven't ruled out making one by cutting down a steel rule yet. It looks doable with a bit of patience maybe.

I'd thought I had already shown this, but I guess not:  DealExtreme has two inexpensive stainless steel rulers available. :)

I'm happy with the helper rule for small measurements like flashlight dia, knife blades ect,but for the odd times you need to measure a cooker, table that kinda thing the zippo will be better served I'll just carry both   ;)

I think the zippo tape was my fault... I'm a gadget enabler  >:D

They are just really cute, and they don't evaporate when you don't use them  :tu: :D

Those DX rulers look OK for $1.28

Yeah I saw the second one (a bit too big to be ideal) - the first one would be exactly what I was after.

Can't really see me buying 500 of them though :D
