You shouldn't be able to buy kitchen knives either except table cutlery.
They'll get pulled. Occasionally one slips the net though. I saw a TTI up a couple of weeks back, someone bought it BIN before ebay could pull the auction (not me like) but I was pleased for the minor victory
I think they should ban the sale of paper too as I just my finger on some once...
I now what you're saying. Sadly when ebay introduced the new rule they very specifically named SAKs and LMs as being banned And of course they've also implemented blocks to buying such items from other ebay sites as well. No sneaky grabbing SAKs from .com or the like, it won't let you. In the early days of that being enforced you'd still occasionally be able to get a bid in which is how I managed to grab my XXLT but since then I've failed every time
They should ban the sale of cars too, far more people are killed by cars than knives in the UK.Quote from: Neil on January 18, 2010, 11:49:19 AMI now what you're saying. You can buy, saws, axes and bill hooks as well
Now lets not go pretending that there is any kind of logic to all this The whole thing was a publicity stunt

Not every time I've tried.... just tried again, still nope You just get...Dear BuyerTo prevent the circumvention of the eBay.co.uk and eBay.ie Weapon and Knives policy, it is not possible for you to bid on, or buy this item. Thank you for your understanding.eBay Trust & Safety
On the plus side you can still buy and sell MT's here...www.edcsource.com
Strange for ebay to cut out a considerable portion of their revenue
they make enough money off of people selling nicknacks, useless trinkets, and collectable bubblegum wrappers
