I don't know why they call it a 111. It's a 110 body for sure. My guess is the bolsters are not brass?   :think:

I'm not really sure actually.  I would Imagine in most cases it would just need
a good cleaning but should slice the same.  ??? ::)
It is sharp, sharp that's for sure.
