That's like trying to OHO a spydergo bug!  (which I got cut attempting to accomplish  ::) )

For the record, you can't OHO the Honeybee either.  I kept all my red stuff though :D

  it has the spyderhole!  why not?   :D  All I can say is: the bug comes pretty sharp!

I like the CS version, not too sure about the standard one though.  I really see myself carrying that CS version because I love the micra scissors.

Bah.  The nail nick makes it look dorky.  I *liked* the Micro-Skeletool look, and the removal of the hole ruins it.  I think my interest just plummeted :/

something about those holes always bothered me, I could never get into spyderco knives cause of it.  So I like the removal of the hole in this

The hole is really the best opening method IMO.  The thumb studs never appealed to me, I wish LM would incorporate the thumb hole in their folders.  I just got a LM C33b and that is my one complaint, I don't care for the thumb stud.

Yeah, the silly OHO law is a PITA.

I'm really looking forward to getting one... shame they're not expected out in April as I'll be in the US and would be able to get a couple  :-\

Has anyone noticed how the blade changed from having a one hand opening hole in the original pix to just having a nail nick on the latest pix on the leatherman library.  I was probably going to get it but that may be a deal breaker.

Good spot Tsquare :salute: Six weeks ago at the Shot Show the blade looked like this:

Now on the Leatherman website it looks like this:

I wonder if they worried that the cut out weakened the blade to much?  Or if it was just proving to tricky to OHO it?

I think I remember Kwakster mention he thought the Skeletools blade holes compromised blade strength  .
Shame it has gone on the CS  :( :(

I wonder why they bothered to leave the two small holes in?

Thats what I was thinking too, but the holes are too tiny to pull off the effect :P

Aiming for the tactical look & yet still 2HO  :P :D

I wish the tiny after thought holes were further apart , assist in slight Dremal modification of the blade  ::) :D :D

I agree, if they're not going for the OH hole then they should drop the other two as well.  At best it looks odd, but if you didn't know the LM range well you'd just think it was a mistake. :-\

It really doesn't bother me and I'm kinda glad that the risk for the whole "OH-confusion" is eliminated..  :)

I wouldn't discount the nail file driver tip just yet. They way they did it on the CS looks damn near identical to the way I've been modding my Wenger Esquire nail files. And I have to say that it has saved my butt on a couple occasions where the Micra and Squirt P4's screwdriver could not make the grade, for being too stubby or misshapen to do a job.

I plan on pre-ordering it around a week before it goes on sale.

I expect it will replace my Squirt S4.
