This apparent lack of info on the web was making me think that maybe I was a little strange when it came to multitools.Greg, Monterey, CA
Hello fellow multitool fans,I was starting to think I was the only one with a fascination for multitools, specifically Leathermans. I had been unable to find any websites about collecting and discussing these tools. This apparent lack of info on the web was making me think that maybe I was a little strange when it came to multitools.I finally stumbled on to mtblog.org, (a wonderful blog/site) where Dave K. in turn told me about this website. Whew, what a relief. Now I realize that not only am I NOT the only one, but in fact I am just a small timer at this (so far at least).I bought myself a Leatherman Wave for Father's Day a couple years ago, giving full credit and thanks to my wife and daughter for such a thoughtful gift. I now have about 20 Leatherman multitools, mostly retired models. I am particularly interested in learning about and collecting all of the various PST models. I had been frustrated in my efforts, mostly gleaning little tidbits from ebay auction descriptions. I am very happy to have found an extensive forum here at multitool.org on this very specific subject!Looking forward to hanging out, exploring and learning.Greg, Monterey, CA

Ask away wherever you'd like, we're not too fussy. EDC means every day carry; something that you'd have on your person every day in other words. Two ways to sharpen the guthook: either with a small fine abrasive bit in a Dremel tool (go easy) or by hand with a small round diamond file or sharpening stone.
