Congrats, Man!

I've been C&S for over 3 years now.  It was not easy, but I did it myself.  Because it was something I had to do.  The first few months were a living hell, but eventually those wonderful spells of the shakes and the nasty cravings began to slow down.  I still occasionally get hit with a mad desire for a drink, particularly when things are in the dumpster, but...  So far...   :tu:

I don't want to suggest anything on your own situation, but I found less drinking saves money, relationships, and brain cells!
