Leatherman Wave - carried few times and lightly used pliers and bit-driver but in excellent condition with barely a scratch, most tools unused, both blades are unused, don't use or need it since I got my Victorinox Swisstool Spirit to EDC, lubed generously and just now starting to "loosen up", comes with nylon sheath that is still good as new - $50 (USD)
