Snap On Tools/Kershaw 1440OR "Chubby". It's a great knife, but with two problems; A; the linerlock does not stick up much at all; meaning it's a pain to release B: AUS-6 steel (equivalent to 440A); it doesn't hold an edge long. The current, cheaper replacement, the Half-Ton might be a Chinese-made knife, but it has superior steel (8Cr13MOV) and quite a few improvements. Not to mention, less than $15 everywhere, while you're lucky to find a Chubby that costs less than $50. Mine cost $25 and is banged up.
