I did not realize how similar the Endura and Pac Salt were until I received mine :o I do like that shape and size so I am even more happy with it :tu: I loved the Spyder edge on the Endura but I am still more of a PE blade type of guy :D I think this will see some good pocket time :tu:

That's great, Poncho! Those two will last a lifetime and give you much service
now that you've got a Black endura SE and a PE Pacific Salt, you have to get a son of both, a Black SE Pacific Salt like this   :D

cool video Gerhard.

I've a saver salt, kept permanently in a buoyancy aid i use for sea kayaking, oftentimes it mightn't get washed after a days use especially when i'm home late and paddling again the next day, so far after 3 months or so no rust problems with it - the mechanism seems just a little stiff, can't remember if it was always like that from day 1 or not.

Unfortunately I live too far from the ocean to give the rust resistance any real test, but I am loving the properties of the H1, and I don't know how else to put it, but the knife feels alive in my hand!

I never thought I would be somebody to complain about weight on a folder with G10 & SS liners, milled out or not, but I'm a true convert!  :assimilate:

never sure if posting the Byrds here is appropriate, as they are from the Spyder brand but not Spydies per se

The SALT looks great.  Glad you are liking it Poncho.  I live 10 miles from the coast so I've considered one over and over again.  I'd go with the smaller Delica sized one as I really like the Delica.
