Only thing I can chime to this is that the Para 2 has not left my side in one form or another since getting it. In pocket, in the jacket, in one of my EDC bags, where I go it goes. And even though it might look rather large with thoughtful handling it doesn't scare that many people

Nope,it rides in right side ruler pocket in carpenter jeans and is easiest to pull and open this way for me.

Clip is from Casey Lynch,The Original Spaceman! He makes a great clip!

I hear you for sure!

I am in Denver every Turkey Day and always make a side trip to the Mothership. :woohoo:

They will sharpen your standard steels for free while you drool on the display cases and fondle the catalogue items one by one! :gimme:

At least that is what I do there.

I've got this horrible itch to open up my Para 3, despite KNOWING they used permanent thread locker

I'm starting to fall for the knife, just want to hurry along the break-in a bit

Carried and used it the two occasions I went anywhere the past long weekend, and I have to say the steel is a revelation....

Not necessarily the CruWear, pretty sure the experience will be the same with many modern super steels.

For some reason I can't properly disengage the compression lock with   my middle finger, so I need to change grip and use my index finger

Decided this weekend that the Para 3 will be for the office/IT job in the AM, and the Skyline for the PM job in the engineering shop.....it's already been used to trim bushing rubbers on about 40 shock absorbers....

........But this morning the grey G10 and shiny clip looked a bit obvious against blue pants....

When you lose interest in that Para3 you can ship it down south.

Really liking V-Toku2 ; can’t wait for the Dragonfly and Stretch.

Only thing "wrong" with it IMHO is that sabre grind.....not great but perfectly understandable.
