I just love the look of Spyderco knives!  I only have one, but have a few on my list that I'd like to get.

DMac what the heck?

You can't drop a line like that without a pic and or telling us what you have. Thats the kinda smurf I would expect from Monrogue or Kirky.

Just because you are in Canada does not mean it is Canadian whiskey. That would be like someone from Bejing calling his food Chinese food. That don't happen he just calls it food.

Nice Spydie though.

Hey :twak:

I've actually got more Spydies that DMac :pok:

Admittedly one is pink, and the others are the super cheap ones(except the one Zed put the scales on which is supercool),but they're still Spydies!
There is no beginning,or ending, and for this we are thankful, cos now is hard enough to understand!

I thought I'd share my first Spyderco knife I ever owned, sometime in the 90's I started out with these handy one hand opening clipit knives.
Can't recall exactly when, over 20 years ago I think.
At one stage I broke the tip and ground the blade down to meet the new tip.

Carried this one for a long time until I got an Endura and a Native.

I was visiting my Dad and he said he had one of my old knives in a box somewhere, I probably have not seen this knife for 10 years.

It's good to have an old daily companion back but boy have things progressed.
A budget Byrd meadowlark kicks this knifes ass in every aspect but it was "cutting edge" back then.
OHO, a pocket clip and AUS8 steel, high tech.

I have always had a fondness for the Native model.  My G 10 version is gorgeous.

I liked it so much that I got a FRN version to carry and use but it was horrible.  The pin was way too tight on it and you needed two hands to open it one handed.  I was so dismayed.  I ended up trading it off although I have been tempted to try another one.  Someday.
