after a manic week im now off for 2 weeks, ive got all the kids this week as there off school pesky holidays  but i hope the following week to get some bike rides in and a few long walks in the heath so hopefully plenty of photo's

it got my heart going mike i can tell you that, the main problem was , back in the early 90's i rode a fixed for training in the winter and rode on the track so was use to swapping from bike to bike, these days i find it hard adjusting from my usual bikes to a fixed, so it had to go,
