Check out the guy's other videos, he has quite a few working lego guns, most fire actual lego blocks!

That is one cool toy.  Speaking of which, me and my son are going to try a Nerf gun mod....which I just found out is all the rage, at least with ten year old boys.

That is the coolest lego creation I have ever seen.
