Interesting here in the US the only pro pool on TV is 9 ball (well and some trick shot)

Apart from trolling on the internet, the other real pastime I have would be playing pool, be it 8 or 9 ball, though the pool scene in Singapore is really, really small.

It's also interesting to note that what most people play in pool halls around the US is not 8 ball. It's Bar Pool.

...at least that's the case in my area of the country.

Luckily we do have rental tables around here if you need a 9 ball fix.
