Isn't it nice how use has worn off part of the coating, only to be replaced by a great dark patina? :D

That wear is most likely from sharpening with either paper wheels or a belt system.

It actually looks good. :)

Ever thought of popping stuff up on here for trade...you'd be surprised at some of the offers you might get.

I have, but from what I understand, it is bad etiquette to ask for offers or bidding.  Problem is, I usually have no idea what something is worth, so I pop it on ebay and let the bidding commence.  I'm sure I've let things go for cheaper than they are actually worth, but still it is usually more than I expected...

If I new more on item's values, I'd be happy to post here.

I registered there and was going to put items up, but I'm too dumb.  You'll probably laugh at me, but I cannot figure out the shipping.   How can I put a shipping price when I have no idea what country I'm going to have to ship it to?

Priotity flat rate is your friend.  Same price for most places.  12.95 for Asia and Europe, 10.95 for Canada.  Its a little pricey, but it does get there a little quicker.  Once you start shipping more items overseas you get a feel for what they usually go for.  I usually just estimate if I'm under I don't care too much, just the price of doing business.

I've also never known anyone to cheat anyone on this forum.  Everyone usually gives a fair or more than fair offer from what I've seen.  I know I would've traded some items with you, if they were on here.

But aren't asking for offers against the rules?  I thought you had to state a sale price?

If you're selling yes you have to list a price.  Trading, no, not really, but its nice to know what you are looking for.  I find trading lets me try more stuff, easier than buying.  Because if I have money in my paypal I feel the need to use it on bills.

Hmmm...I'll keep it in mind.  Now to try and figure out what I want....!

And, just to point out, EDCSource allows you to select shipping by size and by destination.  You can say items between X and Y weight going to ABC country costs this much, and something weighing between Y and Z costs this much when going to DEF country.  You have to spend some time inputting it initially, but then once it's in your auctions will set up shipping prices automatically.
