A beltloop heresey ! Part II
on: March 04, 2010, 02:59:10 AM
This is a set up using industrial saftey pins . These are readily available in a variety of sizes from outfits like TSC Stores . I use them for pouches where quick ditch and don , and the ability to attach to splice baskets , tool totes , and work belts is required . I have never had one come undone , and the can be canted and moved around on the belt as needed .

One is permenantly mounted onto my Fluke T51000 tester holster . The other is attached to my Bag O Drivers . The latter is paracorded onto any pouch I feel like using on any particular day.

I would only use alices in pairs , the odds of two comming undone at once is low . I had single's work open a few times . The Malice is a much better option , but cannot be undone one handed , you need something capable of poking the release tab .
