comes in a camshell,you could use a cable tie through the back for a make shift holster

No Ben it's not back yet it seems to have gone of radar since I posted it 

I emailed the day I sent it off first class and as yet they've not acknowledged receipt of the light  it's the weekend now so I'm in the dark until Moanday

Funny thing geoemt offered to sort it out if I sent it back to him,it's looking like I should have taken that option  chances are it would have been on it's way back to me

That's was my experience as well.  Never responded to one of my mails but then the replacement parts I had requested came through.  Did take a few weeks, but then I was only after a replacement lens.

Sometimes I've had replies after a few days and then sometimes nothing at all.  They sent the replacement switch for my 6D out fine but when I needed a new bulb holder for a 2AA they sent out a spare bulb holder for the tailcap even though I sent a picture of the relevant part.  When I followed that up with another polite but enquiring email I never received a reply.  Very hit and miss

[edit] doing a little research it seems UK dealers are getting them early April perhaps this is when I'll get my replacement
