Sent in a tired out Old old Wave for repairs.  One broken driver and the pliers were completely loose.  Floppy.

What I got back was a New, New Wave AND a leather sheath! 

Completely over the top in terms of service.  :tu:

yeah there service is great, i did wont my old wave repaired but not replaced but i decided in the end to go with there offer of a new wave and i also got a boxed new wave with a leather pouch and what a tool   :tu:
