Replacement washer for CRKT m16-12le srt knife
on: March 24, 2010, 04:40:28 AM
I disassembled the knife and left it in WD-40 for a few days, and today while washing it lost one of the washers. The two nylon washers are of different size, the smaller one goes on the side of the liner lock and the clip (the one lost), and the larger one on the opposite side. I've looked at the knife parts website and they have 11 different sizes. Any clue on which one is best to get? If you have the knife in question and it has been taken apart in the past, a precise measurement would be great, but as long as the knife functions well I'm not picky. The knife has sentimental value and some history to it.

Thanks and

Knifeforum has crkt section, but this is my go to place for most of my question. Will try and post there as well since I'm registered with SOSAK

I should of checked their site earlier ---> "As a courtesy to knife owners, CRKT provides the replacement parts shown below at no charge". Filled out a simple form, indicated the model of my knife, and clicked off the box (or more depending on what you need, and what's covered, if it's not covered the option is warranty) and clicked submit. Will wait for their response.

CRKT :salute: :tu:
