If someone like the big blade, here my last madness, i think the kitchen knife the most usefull tipe, and i like the santoku style, so i made now the "San-Tac"



Not finish yet, the handle i think some G-10 panels



D2 toolsteel 6mm thick, konvex blade, 250mm long, the blade 135mm,and the balance not to bad...

Love that tool ASH. Good looking knives too. I LOVE the tanto made from the file. I gotta say though I'm surprised. Is that a glass Pepsi bottle you are opening? I haven't seen a glass pepsi bottle in years!
