Court today , ongoing battle with my ex . Another bonus , I found out Teusday , that my Lawyer had screwed up and failed to act on critical areas of my motion , Grrr ! I can't afford another retainer , and too late to change horses with three days notice . If this goes south , I'ts the financial equivalent of terminal Cancer , at age 58 , I have no earthly chance of recovery .

I just hope the Judge is as understanding towards me as I have been to my Lawyer .

My brother just got hit for alimony big time. 2300$ monthly. Guess I am glad I am poor.

Went not too bad , but was rather stressfull , Judge was a good head and didn't discipline my Lawyer ( he's a friend and client , I would not feel good about it ) . In our consult this Am . , he found grounds to get the whole thing tossed . Fingers crossed , next court date Aug 27 . Lawyers on the other side appeared to be reasonably decent .

I'll breathe easier after the 27th.
