Multipurpose hook , 1993

 I came across a 1992 victorinox tool list on a 1992 price list and to my surprise it did not contain everybody’s least favourite tool the hook! 1992 one year different to normal thinking so ok .
   Then I came accross a January 1993 catalogue and price list  and no hook on the tool list and none of the knives in the catalogue contain the hook.
   In the  later 1993 catalogue on wiki the hook is present ,so this means the hook was added mid 1993 and not 1991 ?

I suspect that, because this is a Swiss Army Brands catalogue, the new hooked models may not have been imported into the States until later...
