I've added a couple of Swisstools recently. My modest selection includes 1x OG 1998 SwissTool, SwissTool RS, Spirit X(regular blade), and Spirit X(butter blade.  :woohoo:

We needed to extract the last few drops from the bottle of rather viscous medicine to make up the final dose for our daughter's course of antibiotics. The syringe we had could not get to them. But never underestimate the cutting power of the wavy blade:

With Swisstool and a vice cutting through the thick plastic medicine bottle was a simple matter.

That is a challenge I could be up for in the future.  I’ve only had one (a Spirit) for a short tome, but really like it.

We can get one going sometime next year Sherry.  I still have to do one with my Swisstool.  We had a group Spirit challenge almost a year ago.  I'm always up for a good challenge!

Considering a Victorinox Swiss Army SwissTool Spirit X, though the package loop made me laugh. Figured if and when I pull the trigger maybe I can find a corkscrew attachment for sale on Ebay or something. Already have one am stalking on Amazon. $105 though.

I've got a Spirit X Plus which comes with corkscrew and small screwdriver as part of the pouch set. I think the pouch keeps it all in a very neat package whether on your belt or just with you. YMMV obviously

I recall the Spirit Challenge last year was about this time as I carved a turnip with mine for a Halloween experiment

THANK YOU.
I'm always looking for an excuse to add a new one.  I'm curently on the prowl for a '98 RS.
That was my very first Swisstool.  I still have it (well sort of)  it's not in the collection because my wife has it at her school for fixing what her 6th graders destroy.
