hope you all having a good day, i cant eat any eggs as works got D&V and even though ive tried my hardest not to catch the bl##dy bug i have it, great with now 1 week hols in front of me,  i cant have not even one egg

cheers guys n gals, well we have 21 residents with it and about 12 staff down, its air born so even with masks and other protection i still got it,    im off to bed as feel wasted, im just trying to avooooid the kids and angie as she is off for a week as well, typical    oh well i hope its gone by monday but it seems to linger for about 2-3 days,

  i know he will mate  , i feel much better today i just have stomach cramps, oh well gardening today, i dont really do ill very well, but im glad this past quick , this effects the elderly much worse.
