I really enjoyed that trip... I'd love to go back again, and pretty much everything in the museum works. They apparently do some maneuvers in a nearby field, and as you can see from some of the pics of outside, they have a pile of spare parts!

think I may have mentioned before, but these two are HUGE:

Also thought this remote controlled (by wire) one was cute:

I know the the second one is a Conqueror, but is the second one the French heavy equivalent?  (bit rusty where tanks are concerned :-[)

Well I just got the one I ordered in. Haven't charged the battery for it and the instructions state that can take up to 4 hours....so I can't say how well it works just yet. I must say, 1/16th is rather large. I can't see myself wanting anything bigger then this to be honest. Here are a couple of photos to prove it. The airsoft cannon is of a large enough size to be frightful.

Super Tool 300.

The unpainted commander holding a Micra.

It also has a very nice weight to it. It came with a few extras, such as all metal track, sprocket and guide wheel, along with a metal gear engine. I think my cat will hate me once I get a chance to play with this bad boy. He prefers little things so that he can chase them around. I don't see him doing it with this one. Come to think about it, its darn near his size at that.

That's very cool Chako.  8)  And yet, also very geeky at the same time (OK I'm just jealous).  :D :tu:

Wow. Got it running. I am very impressed with this. I climbed over a 2.5 inch high step like there was nothing there.  Everyone should get one…this thing is awesome.  :2tu:
