Maxpedition Jumbo

Well, I have given in after reading much praise here of Maxped stuff, and have a green Jumbo coming. Will I like it, will I actually have enough stuff to fill it? Who knows?  :D

You'll be surprised Chris :)

I have my Fatboy filled to capacity most days and I thought I would struggle to fill it. Although that includes a 0.5l alu bottle.

I am considering something larger in the backpack range but as I'm sure you know they're so damn expensive here

I'm looking forward to receiving it as I don't have anything but pockets to carry stuff in at the moment. And my pockets are deep and my arms so short

Yes, the Jumbo has landed. It will take a while for photos, but I have to say I'm very, very impressed  :tu: You guys know all about it, but it's all new to me, never having had anything like this before. But it looks like it will be really useful. The water bottle is a Sigg Mike, it's a 1 litre, and I just hope it fits ok

It'll be a bit to big to go snugly into the water bottle pouch (I've got a 500ml onegreenbottle in mine) but it'll go into the main compartment easily enough :)

I nearly went after a Fatboy and I'm glad I didn't. This is a useful size. The mesh pockets in the main drawstring compartment are tall enough to take a standard O/S map or two.  :tu:
