These just came in hot off the postal truck. These are made by Bear & Son Cutlery for Crescent.
There are differences in the two. Most notably the head of the pliers, the wording on the handles, and a few other small differences in manufacturing.

Nice tools. I really like my Toolzall and my Bear Sportsmans. The Bear bit kit is pretty good too.

I own several bear jaws and they are good tools but they won't replace my surge or charge.
I have toolz all, bear jaws, mac tools, and craftsman branded tools from them and I bet there are more.
