Opinel Rivet Removal?

I am under the impression that the rivet on an opinel is easy to remove and replace. Is this true? If so, how do you take it out/put it back in?

I've never done it, only seen pics. But from what I can tell it's as simple as take off the collar and push the pin out from the non-mushroomed side.
