Strange oddball Combo Tool

Well its not a real SAK, but it is interesting. The combo tool is what caught my eye to pick this one up. The main blade has a very faint stamp on the front side but it is not readable and the back side says "Inoxidable". I think the main blade may have been replaced with an inferior one from some cheapo SAK but everything else looks original to the knife. The front scale has an unusual metal inlay shield. The bail has some small detailing on it and the combo tool itself appears to be tapered out to a sharper point where the can opener would work.

So it needs a thumb to open a bottle?
At least it's a collector one.
