91mm SAK Bit Adaptor

I was playing around in my shop yesterday and made this cool little adaptor. A 1/4 drive to 1/4 hex bit adaptor fits the bottle opener/ screwdriver and you can use it as is but the fit is loose so what i did was i put a small magnet in the 1/4 drive side. Next i mixed some J-B Weld and filled the adaptor all most full with the J-B Weld then i sprayed my SAK screwdriver with Pam cooking spray and inserted it into the adaptor and let it set over night before removing it. The adaptor fits nicely but i am going to let the J-B Weld cure for a few days before testing it.

That's so cool. All you need is J-B Weld, Pam, and the bit adapter right?

I also put a 1/4/13mm magnet in the adaptor before the J-B Weld.

I changed out a plug, light switch and a door handle so far the adaptor is holding up good.

Brilliant! I work on cars all of the time and I remember once not having a 1/4 inch ratchet so I used my 91mm SAK to turn a socket- I just forgot about it and went on, glad to see you taking the idea and running with it!
