My nose got the better of me do instead of waiting till tomorrow to have a proper look, it is most definitely Wade & Butcher. It has a beautiful if a bit feint piece of engraving on one side.

I’ve used the ‘I must not buy any more axes’ line too many times and we all know how that ends  ::)

So...  ‘May contain nuts’  :D

Maybe  they're in the freezer at the moment  ;)

I was trying to be clever with my Spear and Jackson guess on your Axe,
The sticker/paint colour on the handle reminded me of a Spear and Jackson sticker I’ve seen somewhere in the past

Oh and the pliers are Elliot Lucas  :tu:

I’m happy, the ring that I almost didn’t buy is not some kind of key ring

It’s a copper 'Bull nose ring'  :o

Trying to get rid of the ‘back bevel’ someone added to the blade and ‘anvil’

Not looking too bad now with a re-profiled blade

Just catching up with what you've been up to in the last few months. Love that set of drawers and what you're doing to restore them.

I'd vote that deserves a dedicated thread.

Nice :)

Would you happen to have a BAK with a marlin spike and bail you'd be willing to trafe for something. It would be a user so anything in decent condition would do.

Ash hammer handle

Missed some stages  :-[
Needs some leather, made from an old belt and work boots  ;)

That glued up OK

The front

The Back (this is after waxing)

Added copper

Love it when a plan comes together  :D
