I could look in to the shipping if you really wanted it  ;)

Only the second pair of Channellocks I have ever seen here in the UK (I bought the other pair as well  :D )
How cool is the internet? we can talk about Channellocks  / Eliot Lucas and we all know what we are all talking about  :tu: :tu:

Don't forget the Mole Grips!   The internet is indeed a marvelous place.  Nice chisel sharpener on the lower left corner.   That bill hook looks pretty worn.  I'm curious to see what it will become.

I don't even know why I bought that billhook (slasher  ;) ) except that it was cheap  ::)
Oh and the Mole grips, I went through all my tools last year and gave away all my extra mole grips keeping just three pairs because who needs more than three?

So I bought these cheap with the slasher

Three Mole Grips, seems barely suitable.  :D  Vice-Grips on the other hand don't have an upper limit.   So obviously, you need to start buying Vice-Grips!

Nice little file cabinet in the back.  Did you get that too? The church key on key ring in the lower right corner is a a handy item to have around.

Hi Tony,

I see nothing wrong with your vises!  In my opinion, one can never gave too many vises, pliers, axes, hammers, and adjustable wrenches.  I left out multi tools because it's silly to even talk about ownership limits on such things.   Does that large adjustable wrench have a bolt in the handle?  What brand is the vise?  What are those neat little carving knives at the bottom?

And thats why I consider you a friend Yadda!
Firstly I really should take my glasses when I go booting the Laguiole has a broken back spring  :(

The vice is a Record no2 with 3 1/2 inch jaws  :tu:
The carving knives are made by Swann Morton they are 'craft' knives, so you replace the blades with whatever blade you need (I need to find some to fit)

The adjustable's are...

Britool 15" made in Sweden (the handle has had a short tube welded in to the hanging hole  )
Irega 12" Spain
Bahco 8" Sweden
Everything’s adjustable

@David, I nearly bought a pair I now regret not getting them  ::)

@Yadda, Ireland?  :think:
That vice was very very cheap and in very nice condition so it would have been rude not to buy it  :D

Great haul! I really like the shape and design of those hobby knives.

I'm hoping I can find a good vise and maybe even a decent anvil this year. My current vise was some cheapie hobby-grade vise from the 1970s--and has some missing parts and damage (I found it in a shed); and the only anvil I have is a tiny jeweler's anvil I mounted to a wood block.  Hoping for both, I find American made.  I bet a bunch of them, particularly the larger ones, were hauled off for their scrap value, so few will show up around here. I've seen many an antique tractor (and in quite salvageable shape) hauled off as well.  Maybe I ought to check the scrap metal places to see if they have a vise or anvil--seen many people who have scored some nice tools at these places.
