oo the genus.

i love that tool. i have have abused mine so very much. i really cant seem to get the green stains out of the aluminum. its too bad that leatherman has stopped supporting the tool. i bought it under the pretense of the blade and spring being replaceable. but now it seems that they are not making the replacements anymore

Bob mentioned the blade is compatible with Felco pruners, and I'm sure the spring can use something from another brand too..

Very true, Chako!

Gotta carry a heavy duty beater mt(surge), show off mt of the day(rare or cool mt to show the guys at work), dedicated blade to avoid scratching mt blades, a powerful flashlight(2x aa led maglite), a SAK, and many mt accessories(bits, file, extender & sawblades).  :D
When I joined MT.o I just carried a vic explorer, Gerber multiplier, and aaa maglite.
