Naughtywolf VERY nice Pulse mate  8) 8) , those leather sheaths for the Pulse are not very common either. The grooved diamond file is cool too  8). Nice pick up mate, the Pulse is one of favourite LMs  :tu: :tu:

 Gareth and Mat, the roll locks fascinate me, hence some close up pics. I never quite new how they worked, now I know, its an example of Leatherman quality and design, really nice piece of engineering. Update on date codes 1000/1000 forgot its on both handles. As a little side not, just realised my Side Clip has four date codes :tu:

Because each handle is made of two separate pieces, the Sideclip has four date codes, as opposed to two. :tu:

Alright, count me into this club as well !!!!!! :D

Does it matter that I am between "Pulses" at the moment ?, or do I have to wait to physically have one in my hand again ?.

Please let me join i need to feel wanted again  :D.

If not i guess i will just have to lurk in the background.

Oh i did forget to mention, mine was stolen , please tell me that will create sympathy for me and let me join  :D

Thanks to New World I'm in the club too now  :).  I was so impressed I then bought a second one that is in new shape and has the Cabelas logo (How common are the Cabelas marked ones?) as the price was right, so now I have a user and a backup.  I never liked the sharp edge handles and old style plier heads of the PST series, but the slightly beefier pliers and rolled edges of the pulse are just great.  Can't believe these were ever discontinued.  The Fuse loses the file and the quality feel of the pulse, there is no replacement for the Pulse as far as I can tell.

It's been a few months since we had anyone new sign up to the club, any new members out there? :pok:

After carrying my PST II mod over the last few days I felt the strong urge to upgrade to my good old Pulse.  Still my favourite LM and the very last one I'd ever let go. :salute:

1000/1000 date codes and a real looker.  pretty great condition and looks virtually unused in most respects.

Yes !
I´m in this club to now.
Actually first time I have one in my hand. It´s really shiny and nice, not a perfect sample but I don´t mind.
Didn´t know it was so like pstII toolwise but a little thicker. I like the rounded off feeling of it and it´s very cool looking.

Doesn't have the horrible part serrated blade you got on the PST II, thankfully. ;)  I also much prefer the scissors on the Pulse. :)

Dang, I've got to dig out my Pulse and carry it now, it's been far too long. :D
