I dunno- if I am lost in the woods I think I have more urgent needs than tying up flies.  They never talk anyway, and on the rare occasion they do, they never know what microfilm you are talking about.

With the exception of the small blade the first one looks to me like a Locksmith model.  The second one I suppose could be modded from a Locksmith (for the file) and an OHT.

The LED could be added in by cannibalizing a Photon or one of the many millions of cheap copies, and the awl in the end... well that doesn't make too much sense really.

Maybe these guys would be better off pairing an OHT or Locksmith with a Pioneer Harvester or Electrician Plus?  Seems to me you could use the old adage "Two is one" to help convince them they may be better off with a carry combo instead of one do-it-all type knife.
