Welcome to the forum!

Given that this is your first post, you may want to add a few details to help folks feel better about dealing with you.  Unfortunately folks still have issues dealing with unknowns online.

Listing a few more things, like where you are from, preferred payment methods, a picture of the tool, which version of the SwissTool etc can go a long way to helping you sell it.

Best of luck to you!

Hi Defender,

Sorry, I should have introduced myself in the General Discussion area. I can understand peoples aprehension towards unknowns in the group.

I am a member of the knifeforums.com website as well as candlepowerforums.com (it's obvious that I have the collection bug in several areas). Anyway, I have several multi tools (surprise surprise) and unfortunately need to reduce some of the redundancies.

If anyone is interested, I'll take a postal money order or check since I am also trying to reduce my reliance on the use of credit cards. i.e., paypal and so fourth. I am in Massachusetts and easily contacted through my email which includes my work phone.

Thanks for welcoming me to the forum. This is definitely a great place.

Bash

Good to have you here!

We have lots of KF and CPF members kicking around here, but I guess you've noticed that!

Sadly you have me thinking that another SwissTool might just be a necessity...

Defender,

I know what you mean. I saw the Leatherman Surge at Sears a couple of weeks ago and came really close to snagging it. I have to keep reminding myself that I really don't need another tool, I just want another one. Anyway, when things improve on the income front I'll probably pick one up unless another new model makes an appearence.

Oh, and by the way, the Swisstool is the original version that I bought several years ago. Again, I really babied it, like I do with most of the things that I have collected, so it's in excellent condition.

I guess I culd drop the asking price down to $50.00 and I'll pay for the shipping.

Hate to see it go, but what can you do?

Thanks,

Bash
