Did you put a pocket clip on yours?? :multi:

I have the original Wave that I bought in 1999.  This was my first "real" multi tool (my "first" was a $7.00 no-name piece of junk I got at a auto parts store - I still have it somewhere in the garage), and I got it because of the outside locking blades.  After reading an article on duty blades, the author made a good case for carrying the Wave over carrying just a locked blade knife.  I found a sporting goods store that had the Wave on sale, and bought one.  Unfortunately, the Wave came with a brown leather sheath (I needed a black nylon sheath for my Sam Browne), so it took awhile before I found a suitable sheath and was able to carry it at work.  The Wave has come in handy many times, and has never let me down.  I have since started carrying a Charge AL at work (due to having all locking tools), and now use the Wave during my off hours.

Another Wave fan here!

No pics, but I have

Old Wave
Old New Wave
New New Wave
BO Wave
Damascus Wave

(and a coupla Charges, which, in my mind, are just Wave variants)

Best pliers based MT format IMO

i do have to agree with the bottom line  :tu: for me its the best all round MT , i have a few little gripes with the newer model but nothing really worth moaning about, mine lives in my old waves pouch as i prefer it,
