This is rare, you don't see alox sak's for sale here specialy in second hand Web sites, for the second week, I mange to grab another brand new in box 91 soldier... Now I have two....

I got an early birthday present in the mail from my wife, Pam.  It's an LL Bean Vic Hiker with Duck Boot scales.   :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh !!!!!

Well, I finally grew a set and went beyond removing just the scales, and well, it was a b***h! here is what used to be a climber, I switched out the small knife and replaced it with a nail file.. Not that easy yet nothing big, but hey, that makes it a new one right? :D

This BNIB Deluxe Tinker arrived today. I suspect it's slightly older stock as the scales don't have the straight pin hole in the cutout for the back layer Phillips, plus it came in a matchbox that has obvious storage shelf wear. It does have the hook.





The jury is still out for me regarding preference of the the Super versus Deluxe Tinker. I use the pliers, but not as much as the scissors and other tools.
