Classic with 'US Embassy in Paris' emblem, and some other stuff that came with it.

While looking for a Camper with teepee design, I found this older Woodsman and couldn't resist.

Oh WOW FB - How do you do that?

It looks NIB ? Is it ?
And I'd say the model is about 55 years old - From 1961 when they moved away from exposed rivets, and just before they changed to the new awl  - Amazing
Sometimes there is a year stamp on the box somewhere

Did you get a great deal? Some old seller with stock in the back room wanting to get rid
Or did you pay through the nose? - as the seller realised how collectable that SAK is
From ebay?

Anyway it's an absolute beaut - Anything pre new awl is great for me - Preferably exposed rivets too - But this is very, very nice

Thank you Huntsman.
I was wanting an exposed rivets version, but they are hard to find in very good condition and with a box (I'm over the top for boxes).  :tu:
I'm pretty sure I extremely overpaid, $186.50 shipped. yes auction site.  But I did love it when first seeing it so I didn't put a value on it, nor do I care if it appreciates/depreciates because I love it. :climber:
This one isn't brand new, but it is in extraordinarily nice condition for its age...possibly my birth year, but I can't find any stamp on the box, just the words Woodsman.

Thank you. It's a Woodsman. I think later Woodsmen had a magnifier, this one doesn't.

Just noticed the lantern one is up-side-down. It was 12* F when I took that shot, wasn't dawdling.
