I have this inbound.  It was a used custom SAK I bought and I sent it to Canada for some spa treatment and face lift.  Thank you Syph007.  :salute:

Great knife! Congratulations, FB!

Great emoticons!  Very entertaining!

Looking at the climber you purchased with the excellent engraving on the blade, it reminded me that my former favorite was the Climber's close cousin, the Super Tinker since I am so partial to a blade, scissors and driver combination.  After discovering my new favorite Explorer, the cork screw no longer stands out and looks like it belongs.  I have even acquired some Climbers like this LL Bean version:

My Golfer.  No hook on back, just the corkscrew.

Trying to see if I can go lighter EDC and carry this one in my pocket vs the Explorer on a suspension clip.  :)

It looks good and has scissors...given my partiality for the Explorer, it is hard to understand why everyone wouldn't want to carry it.  Most of the time, I forget that it is in my pocket.  Then again, I'm 6'7" and around 250 lbs.  Excuse my fanaticism when it comes to the Explorer.

I've been on a Cybertool  buying spree...hopefully, this latest ruby CT 29 will be my last CT 29/34 purchase.  This does leave things wide open for the CT 41 & CT Lite!

I normally carry a Yeoman with me... But when pocket space is a premium, either of these custom Golfers tag along... It's a shame Victorinox doesn't make the Golfer anymore...

Oh I get it alright.  The Explorer has been my EDC for a long time now.  I just felt like trying something different that I can just pocket carry.  With the Explorer, I can't pocket carry it as it is too bulky for me so I have to use a suspension clip.

Pretty lady. Don't see this one very often! I wanna collect some of these 108s. I've recently seen the saw/opener modded into an alox. (Not that I want to do that myself.

Serrated blade on an alox would be pretty sweet too

Very nice. My Fireman is a more common 111mm (I never thought a 108mm version would be up for sale) and it's a great pattern for EDC!

Those Golfers are nice too.  Is there such a thing as a Golfer with a wood saw?

Not that I can recall.. Golfer started out as an 84mm model (some with either divot tool or bottle opener in place of combo tool) and then produced in 91mm... somehow this evolved into the Compact we know today...

What differentiates Golfer from compact is the lack of multi-purpose hook...
