Wenger Monteur 81 ...

Great Find!!  In prestine condition with box.  Can I use the pictures on the wiki?

I really don't like the scales on these, but I recently got a couple of older ones with Nylon handles and they feel 100% better.  Do you have any information on the Nylon scaled versions?  Based on the blade date stamp they appear to preceed the Professional series.

Yes it's NIB and feel free to use the pictures.
As far is I know the Professional serie was produced from about 1966 untill 199x. Until about 1979-80 they had the rougher Nylon scales and sometimes a bail. From about 1979 the scales are smooth "plastic" with alu liners and a ring instead of the bail.
I've one with Nylon scales from 80 and one with smooth scales from 79...

Love that Elinox Standard.  :salute: I guess it is the older shield that really attracts me to Elinox pieces in general.

A Wenger Camo Sportsman and another reswiss Classic, this time in yellow.  I think I'll be giving the orange and yellow reswiss SAKs to a couple of my sisters for their birthday next month.  They have the same b-day, but were born four years apart... :drink:

Be a while before I have pictures ready, but....

Huntsman with bail and triangular awl, old style T&T. The tip has been reground for a 1st SAK profile.
Climber with gold shield, old style T&T.
red alox Bantam
04 Soldier

2x Minichamps
Wenger Pocket Toolbox
4 Classics- alox, tie dye, red snowflakes, and the R2 & Mt Fuji Star Wars model.
(and all the minis were a buck each. :D Including R2)
