This Champion, don't think it's supposed to have the "plus scales" though!
Maybe someone could enlighten me and give me a guesstimate on the age....... :tu:

You posted pictures of two different knives.

I was tossing up between the work champ and the Hercules.
But I dont think I need the file, so I went for the Hercules and purchased a small screwdriver to go into the corkscrew.

I have been told it dosen't fit all that well, but if necessary, Ill modify the screwdriver.

I already have an older Craftsman with many of the same tools and love it to bits.
But the larger size and shape appeals to me.

Interesting SAK. It seems to combine some parts of a 1980's SAK along with current parts. Most notably, the tang stamp on the main blade is post-2010. It may be a 1980's SAK that was serviced by Vic within the last decade or a mod that someone built mixing parts of different ages (some people do prefer certain older features, such as the older mag-glass layer).

Thanks MiniChamp, I thought maybe a mod!

Thanks. I am not sure which scissor is superior, I like the lack of a fragile spring compared to the Vic version but I don’t totally like the serrations in wengers version. But the functionality and backside tools are what makes me happy with the mod.

I was happy to purchase this today and hope that the logo is inlaid.  I have a weakness for Coca-Cola as I had collected some signs and a couple of machines in my younger days, still have two machines and a few favorite signs.
Rest in peace ColoSwiss, you will always be remembered.

Very nice. Quite sure it's inlaid

My father used to be a truck driver for Coca Cola (long ago, before I was born). He still has a lot of old Coca Cola stuff from those days, like those yellow wooden crates that sell for big bucks on eBay. He has enormous stack of them and uses them for storage of all kinds of tools, car parts etc. No Coca Cola pocket knives though. Really cool  :tu:

The scales seem impeccable, did you splurge on a new, get a discount or just lucked out a gently used second hand?
