Haha, same here. I bought a nice refractor telescope, tripod with tracker and maps. Turns out that I don't have that much time to spare to stay out in the night. And the time I do have is always cloudy.
Can't part with the telescope though. Recently when Mars was close I took a peek. Moments like that are worth keeping that large jar around. :D

And to stay just a little bit on topic... I have a Compact incoming.
