I've always admired the Traveler, but was never quite sure whether the execution was as fine as the concept. Do you give it a thumbs up? I'm really digging those textured covers.
...cool, this his backlighting too!

A bit of trivia...this is EL (Electroluminescent) backlighting, which has largely been replaced by LED backlighting today. EL backlighting requires a tiny inverter to create an AC power source needed to drive the panel (you can hear the display buzz when the panel is lit). The blue glow is an identifier of EL.

Interesting...

Closest I could find was a pic on Pinterest. Of course, link invalid so can’t find any info. Described as German folding knife with glass cutter, MOP.

Looks similar pattern knife...
Tx, looks same

Another Vic Classic SD (withe) paid only 9 euro.
Perhaps this color is little sold and this is the reason for the low price.

Just got back from a short vacation in the Schweiz.
Here's a picture of "my latest SAK's". If I would had have the money I would have bought many more!

Some are bargains, others have standard prices. Some are rare, some are for sale, some are becoming queen shelves and some are for EDC.

I will show a few special specimens later on.

Really liking the denim SwissChamp sheath!

The travel sprays use 58mm scales, correct?

The travel sprays were available at the Brunnen Shop. These were the last two for sale. The salesman advised me to buy both because they are limited available.
The Luzern Shop still had some for sale, but at the time I was there I already ran out of money.

I like them a lot. I think I have 9 or 10 different ones in my 74mm collection. And some duplicates. Wanna trade?

Picked this up today. Unused first-gen WorkChamp with slide-lock and only one inline Phillips driver. Quite a chunky 6-layer SAK with a good tool load.  :woohoo:
