Got an 84 copper lumberjack coming in, that will be transformed into a copper cadet with scissors.

They didn't make any copper cadets, so I have to remedy the situation.

Actually they did.

Copper Cadet and Orange Cadet (hard to tell apart in artificial light); and a new Cinammon Brown Lumberjack, just in from Felinevet.

About a decade ago Wenger produced a series of knives for 'Patrouille des Glaciers', a biennial cross-country ski race in Switzerland. Recently picked up a new version done on the Evo 14. A bigger knife, but not as fancy and undated.

I just won an auction for a Deluxe Tinker at a great price.

This completes my collection of the Tinker family (84mm, 91mm, Super Tinker and Deluxe Tinker). I own thirty something Victorinox SAKs, but this is my first with the Victorinox pliers. I am pumped.

...and now from the trash or treasure dept.

Picked up an Alox Electrician with trashed blades and broken awl for $15 and a beaten up Explorer for $9.
Surprisingly the scales on the Electrician look pretty good.
At least I have something now to tackle as my first Alox mod. Might try fitting that Florist's knife blade in there.

At least I won't feel all suicidal if I stuff up the the scales either drilling or peening.

It is/was a discontinued 84mm Golfer. Only backtool is the corkscrew.
The scissors will drop into a custom Cadet.
