I don't think I've bought one since I picked up this pair at a knife show in February.  I might be suffering from withdrawal...

I suggest you nip over to the SAK withdrawal ER at the cat mans shop at EDCSorce :ahhh :ahhh
There is no beginning,or ending, and for this we are thankful, cos now is hard enough to understand!

Swissbianco, i assume? Now you can do more Swiss Barbecues or flameproofing test :Ds...

Edit - to stay on topic for once:
Today i received a Wenger Minathor - a Wenger / Bergeon coproduction watch-tool specific knife. It´s so nice to play with. I think I need to change some batteries tonght or get started with teh 'G-Shock for Zed at last...

No. A common Swiss dealer. (may I post a link to the shop here?) Swissbianco is too expensive, regarding scales.... and other stuff too. :-D

Edit: And regarding flame&stuff.... yes this is one reason I ordered at least 2. ;)

I think the same about Swissbiancos prices for the parts, I´m not sure with the knives.
I would not mind a link, i don´t know what the Mods say, though.

By the way, the new scales don't have a silver shield, anymore.

Both of you are real members contributing to the forun with your posts, mods, thoughts,... not just sellers trying to advertise their store so I see no wrong of ocasionally posting a link or two. ;) I already checked heidi shop so it's not them. :) No DD scales there.

Yeah, it was in The Mod Squad. My previous posts of my camping knife showing clean scales, but at the last pics (with all tools explained) I mentioned an accident with fire. ;)

What enki said. :tu:  We only object to dealers coming in and promoting their own stores without coming to an arrangement with Grant.  So long as people have no connection to the business and are just happy customers, we are just fine with links to places we can get good deals on gear.

Now back to our regular programming.......

Here is an interesting Victorinox Explorer. It has an OWL logo printed on the front side. The back scale has a printed on Victorinox shield in silver. The closest thing I could come up with on Google is The Bohemian Club. I had never heard of it until now.

Maybe not as exiting as others here, but I bought a Tinker Small, today, and I actually really like it, thought it'd be a great lightweight EDC (paired up with my Fenix E01)

The Tinker Small, along with the Sportman, are two very underrated SAKs in the 84mm lineup, in my opinion. :tu:  They work wonderfully alongside the E01, as how you've paired it. :)

Ah yes, I have gotten a few SAKs from Tim over the years, though none recently.  I may have to do just that.

Thanks! To me this last Carver is the best of all Carver iterations so far ;) I like it! My pics show only Carvers and Soldiers (aka Pioneers without ring) but there also Farmers and Bushcrafters as other 93 mm models in this super cool color. Enjoy your Pioneer, is a very cool SAK!
