That's pretty interesting.
Victorinox was featured on the Discovery channel show "How it's made" It might be on youtube somewhere. Very cool stuff.

These threads die so fast anyways it's nice to have many of them. Every once in a while they pop up again with someone who "just found" a 5 year old video and there's another round of people seeing them for the first time. They rock so it's all good

Pretty sweet.  I liked how they were using what appears to be the "eco" black scales.  A very nice choice if you ask me.  Also, did the punch have a limiter spring or something, similar to an adjustable torque wrench, but for limiting impact?
