Again, some pictures from the museums across from the Brussels car Museum, this time of military vehicles.







These were, I think, police vehicles

Those early tanks must of been awfully uncomfortable cramped beasts to be stuck in  :think: :think:.

The last picture of the M3 Scout Car, I looked it up & apparently the roller is a 'unditching roller'  ??? ??? :D :D :D

I really wanted to see the "original tank" the one with the all over chain, shown in the 2nd picture. Unfortunately I did not have an SLR with me and the lights were dim, so it did not come out too well.

In the old days, I hear, they used to test them by dropping them off heights, really bad for the men in them.

I think your picture of the old tank came out just fine. :) (from what I've read, the oil fumes and exhaust smoke were nearly intolerable inside that beast!) :P Still and all, I'd rather be riding inside during a trench attack than running along outside with no protection. :salute:
